Iranian dates

We get our dates from the south of Iran. They are naturally sweet, very soft, taste a bit like caramel and are quite plump. Their soluble fiber binds with bad cholesterol and prevents its absorption into your blood. And they are a good source of antioxidants. But we use them because they can knock the roof off your tastebuds with their sweetness, without even nudging your Glycemic index.

Himalayan salt

We add less than a tiny pinch of salt in every bottle of mohjo. But whatever little salt we add is extracted by hand from ancient salt mines formed after the evaporation of natural water bodies. Since it is naturally occurring salt and undergoes very little processing, it contains minerals and trace elements not found in regular table salt. And we love it because it is the best natural alternative to processed salt.
